Every Snowtigz product is made specifically for you after you place your order. This way, we avoid overproduction, conserve resources, and offer you designs that are truly unique.

No Cancellation/Return

Because these are custom-made products, there is no right of return or exchange according to Section 312g Paragraph 2 No. 1 of the German Civil Code (BGB).
Please note this when placing your order.

Exception: Damaged or Defective Goods

Should an item be defective or have a manufacturing defect, we naturally assume responsibility:

• Please contact us within 7 days of receipt.
• Include photos of the defect and your order number in your message.
• We will investigate the case promptly and provide a replacement or refund.

Our Promise

We attach the highest importance to quality. Defective or faulty items are rare, and if they do occur, we will take care of them immediately and without complications.
