Custom Production & Shipping Times

Since each Snowtigz product is individually produced after your order, processing time is 1–3 business days.
The subsequent delivery times are:

• Germany: approx. 3–7 business days
• EU & International: 4–14 business days depending on the destination

Please note: Since we produce sustainably to order, slightly longer delivery times may occur in individual cases.

• Germany: Free
• EU & International: Shipping costs are automatically calculated during checkout
  

Tracking

As soon as your package is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking link. This allows you to track your order at any time.

Delivery & Notes

• Deliveries are made on business days by reliable shipping partners.
• Please check that your address is correct. Undeliverable packages are automatically returned to us.
• Deliveries outside the EU may be subject to customs or import fees. These are the responsibility of the recipient.
